Refund policy
We sell instant digital downloads. Once the files have been delivered, all sales are final.
Exceptions
We will make it right if:
- a delivered file is corrupt or cannot be opened; or
- you were charged twice for the same purchase.
Email [email protected] with your order details. We do not refund because you no longer need the files, chose the wrong pack, or expected legal advice, customs brokerage, or case-specific document preparation — we do not provide those services.
Lost download page
Your purchase includes 12 months of access to your personal download page, including updated versions of the kit when the law or official guidance changes. If you lose that page and the email with your download link during those 12 months, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a new download link. This is handled as a support request, not a refund.
