Terms of sale
These terms govern one-time purchases of digital downloads from Astor Ventures. We sell generic, self-service operational checklists, worksheets, and blank statutory templates. Files are delivered as downloads after payment. There is no subscription and no account is required.
Not professional services
Astor Ventures is not a law firm, not a licensed customs broker, and not a document preparation service. Nothing on this site or in any product is legal advice, customs brokerage, or case-specific document preparation. Buying a product does not create an attorney-client, broker, or other professional relationship. You are responsible for verifying current requirements in your jurisdiction and for filling in and using the files yourself.
Products and delivery
Products are digital goods only. After a successful one-time payment you are taken straight to a download page for your pack, and a personal download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Please download and save the files then; you can also bookmark that page or keep that email to download again later. If you lose access, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a new download link. Files are PDF checklists plus spreadsheet files (CSV or Excel, which open in Excel or Google Sheets); some kits also include editable Word documents, and most come bundled as a zip. Each kit page lists its formats. Nothing ships physically.
12-month access and updates
Each purchase includes 12 months of access to your personal download page, counted from the date of purchase. During those 12 months you can download the files again from that page whenever you need them.
If the law or official guidance that a kit is built from changes during those 12 months, we update the kit, and the updated version is available from the same download page. We do not send update notices by email, so check your download page or the kit page for the current version before you rely on a kit. Updates cover the law or rule named on the kit page; they are not a monitoring or advice service for your business.
The files you have downloaded remain yours to use for your own business after the 12 months end.
Payments
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are one-time charges processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final after file delivery, except where a file is corrupt or you were charged more than once. See our refund policy.
