Since 1 July 2026, if you do not renew a unit you have to put that in the rental agreement in bold, send a written notice, give the customer at least 30 days (and until the term ends) to empty the unit, and send another notice at least 10 days before you dispose of what they left. If you email a notice and get no reply or delivery confirm in 5 days, you must send a second notice by verified mail.
